Thanks for stopping by,
Since we are going to Disney in a few weeks, I thought it would be fun to put together a list of some of the items I like to buy before we go. Considering the Canadian dollar and the park merchandise prices, souvenirs can really add up. Making a quick trip to the Disney store before you leave can save you lots of money. Here's a list of my top 5 souvenirs to get in advance.
#1 Autograph Book
Autograph books are my all-time favourite souvenirs from Disney! Each page has a place for a picture and a signature. When you get home, simply print out your favourite character photos and you have a personalized souvenir that you will cherish always.
#2 Minnie Mouse Ears
I'm so excited that the Disney store in Toronto is now carrying Minnie Mouse ears. These classic ears are so popular and fun to wear while visiting the parks. Pick them up before you go and save.
#3 Disney Princess Dresses
Everywhere you look at Disney you will see little girls dressed up as their favourite princesses. At some point during your trip you can pretty much guarantee that your child will want to dress up too. If you have a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservation you can bring your own dress instead of purchasing one at Disney.
#4 Disney Toys
Sleeping at a hotel is so exciting for a kid! Having a special stuffed toy from Disney can make it even more magical. These classic stuffed toys are often buy one get one 1/2 price at the Disney store in Toronto, making them an excellent deal.
Disney shirts make great souvenirs but can be expensive in the parks. Pick them up before you go and you will be park ready without breaking the bank!
